SR. MARY ALICE ASCHENBACH Women in Healthcare Scholarship was established in memory of Sr. Mary Alice Aschenbach who was loving and compassionate about healthcare.

her passion towards to help aspiring students pursuing healthcare and educational degrees excel in the healthcare industry and become leaders in the field in the West African region. Selected students will receive a full scholarship of 10,000 USD or more for each school year of study. The woman in Healthcare Scholarship will be awarded based on strength of each candidate’s commitment to diversity, equality, inclusion demonstrated leadership, and academic performance.
The program is open to women who meet all the minimum qualifications, and we strongly encourage students that identify with groups historically excluded from healthcare and educational opportunities, including women from low-income areas to apply. Applicants are not required to currently be enrolled in an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s program from the 2024-2025 academic year to apply.
Other relatives of recipients of the women in Healthcare Scholarship are not eligible to apply.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
1. Please note that submission of applications for consideration under the CFC, INC Women in Healthcare Scholarship DOES NOT guarantee the applicant’s awards of any scholarship or admission to any university. Admission is entirely dependent on the Universities ‘Admission boards.
2. Applicants are responsible for 100% of the cost related to this application. CFC, INC Women in Healthcare Scholarship is not liable for any costs you will incur while applying for this scholarship.
3. CFC, INC Women in Healthcare Scholarship DOES NOT charge any fees for the application; neither had it contracted any company or agency or individual to undertake the application review process on its behalf. The application process for CFC, INC Women in Healthcare Scholarship is handled solely in New York, USA.
4. ONLY shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview after the deadline of this application.
